Professeur de pilates certifi\u00e9e, Lena accompagne une client\u00e8le de tous niveaux \u00e0 travers des s\u00e9ances personnalis\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elle accorde une importance particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du mouvement, \u00e0 la respiration, \u00e0 l\u2019alignement du corps et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision de chaque exercice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Son enseignement allie \u00e9coute et bienveillance afin que chacun puisse \u00e9voluer \u00e0 son rythme, gagner en force, en mobilit\u00e9 et en confiance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette approche s\u2019inscrit \u00e9galement dans son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la gymnastique du visage, une discipline \u00e0 laquelle elle s'est form\u00e9e et qui vient naturellement compl\u00e9ter son travail autour du mouvement et de la conscience corporelle.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Son objectif est d'offrir bien plus qu'un cours de Pilates: une exp\u00e9rience o\u00f9 chacun prend le temps de se reconnecter \u00e0 son corps, de d\u00e9velopper une meilleure conscience de ses mouvements et de retrouver un \u00e9quilibre durable.<\/em><\/p>\n

Elle aime cr\u00e9er un espace accueillant et inspirant, o\u00f9 l'on se sent accompagn\u00e9, valoris\u00e9 et encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le meilleur de soi m\u00eame, \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de sa vie vie.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
